U79 service Meiderich to Oberbilk - webTrainSim version

Advertising on a Duisberg-bound tram while we're at the DU-Sittardsberg stop.

webTrainSim has adapted the original activity so it's just a simple, straight through service from Meiderich to Kaiserslautener. webTrainSim has added plenty of traffic but after the first test, there needs to be more at the end of the trip. That's to be done.

Be careful when you stop at lower platforms such as at Konig and Steinsche Gasse - make sure the rear of your tram has passed the signals at the beginning of the platform otherwise as soon as you get the All Clear to depart, the dispatcher will think you've gone through a stop signal. You can't see the rear of your tram (the passenger view is from inside the tram and because you're underground the "3" view won't be useful) so watch the Next Station display and even go a touch past the designated stopping point. When you settle into the cab, remember to raise the pantograph and release the parking brake as well as the other usual preparations.

Tram G15-B80C-4713 which was allocated to webTrainSim for the service has been upgraded to the latest version of regenerative braking.

This activity has been compiled into a zip file with Route Riter so you can see what files you're installing.

We're held up for a short time while a U78 Hbf-Messe-Hbf service takes the turn off to the Stadium and conference centre.

This is where construction is taking place - we're at the Kulturstrasse stop.

We've passed the St. Anna stop. Next stop is DU-Kesselsberg.
